Paradise Park Manor II Homes For Sale

Welcome to Paradise Park Manor II, a community of 100 single family homes built in 1980-1983.  These custom and semi-custom homes were built by Dix and Catalina Homes.  Despite being named Paradise Park Manor II these homes were built before Paradise Park Manor I.  Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built with a Spanish influence that dominated the building style of the time. Paradise Park Manor II was named after Anne McCormick’s Arabian Horse training and show ground.  These homes were built on the land the once housed the show ground of Paradise Park, which used to host the Arabian Horse Show before the park was demolished and moved to West World in the late 1970’s. The average lot size in the neighborhood is about 11,500 Sq Ft and homes average just below 3,400 Sq Ft.  This community is very unique because all the cul-de-sacs on the West side of the community lead to the Greenbelt pathways and connect with Mountain View Park and Cochise Elementary School with a tunnel under Mountain View Road.  From Mountain View Park residents have access to the stunning Camelback Walk Section of the Greenbelt that leads to the lakes.  Mountain View Park has many amenities for residents to enjoy such as a recreation center, basketball court, tennis court, children’s playground, soccer fields, and a lighted baseball diamond.  Over the years these homes have been meticulously maintained and seen fabulous renovations that make Paradise Park Manor II an ideal place to call home.
