A bipartisan group of Arizona lawmakers is advocating for the Arizona Starter Homes Act, aiming to address the state’s housing affordability crisis. In a previous session, Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed a similar bill after concerns were raised by a Navy official, prompted by Glendale city officials, about potential impacts on Luke Air Force Base.
