4. Plants and trees can do a lot, not too many though
5. Clean your driveway of stains
6. Remember, this is the first impression of your home

1. Removing personal items from walls and other areas of the house
2. Again a little paint goes a long way here too
3. Removing odors is extremely important
4. Keep hallways clear of clutter, furniture, boxes, etc.
5. Streamline closets, making them appear larger
6. Remember, you want someone to see themselves living here

How to get your pet ready for a new home.

1. Take them for walks in the new neighborhood
2. Find a good pet sitter for moving day
3. Keep your pets on a normal schedule 
4. Make arrangements to be home for a few days
5. Give them lots of attention 
6. Remember to be patient with your pets
