I would classify myself as a lifetime entrepreneur having started my own business at 28 and growing that entity to become a Public Company. I have lived in Arizona since 1992 having previously acquired a vacation home here in 1988. Watching this beautiful place grow since those ‘quiet’ days has provided me with in depth knowledge of the Valley, and specially the East Side (Scottsdale & Paradise Valley in particular).
Projects such as the Paradise Valley Ritz-Carlton, Enclave, Mountain Shadows and many more are all in my wheelhouse. I have helped clients buy and sell homes all over the Valley ranging in price from $35,000 (5 acre parcel in Maricopa) to homes in Paradise Valley for $2M+. My team as well as clients rely on me for solid advice as well as a calm considered perspective.

Again and again I have shown that respect for the other side generates a good foundation for negotiations. When it comes to finalizing specifics within a deal, negotiation skills are paramount and I have proven that this can be achieved with a fair minded approach and with the result that all parties leave the table satisfied.
Not every deal is won, however, knowing the parameters under which my client would be satisfied to proceed helps me attain excellent results.

I take each listing and every buyer as a true privilege.  I live the transaction with them and appreciate that decisions made are meaningful and significant in the context of life's journey. Sleepless nights comes with the territory and providing well considered strategies on the road to finalization weighs throughout the process.
Most clients are surprised when I pick up their call late at night, over the weekend or work on their project at some ungodly hour. This is just part and parcel of my commitment and dedication.

Perhaps it's the British influence in me… In school we wore uniforms and they’d better be clean! I am proud of what I do and make sure that not only self presentation is professional but that all communications, marketing and administration is handled in a courteous and consistently professional manner.
We now have a growing number of agents in our team and all meet the high level of ‘professionalism’ that I am accustomed to and strive to achieve.

Highly Organized

One of the skills that has been invaluable in is my organizational skills. Perhaps this comes with from my heritage which is partially German as well as managing businesses prior to computers. Creating systems and tools to keep everything on track, to me, is an essential part of maximizing output and maintaining efficiency.
Many systems are of course now tracked by technology and yet I still maintain copies of contracts and important documents in my well organized binders. This ensures instant access when a crucial milestone occurs in a transaction.

Extensive Experience

As a self motivated entrepreneur I have been exposed to challenges and situations that have provided me an enormous range of experiences. I started my own business at age 28 and grew it to become one of the world’s most innovative lighting companies. With 148 employees and an entirely vertical operation, this entity became a cutting edge company with strong sales throughout Europe.
I have employed many of these skills in my real estate career, commencing as an investor and developer and now as Team Leader within our growing business.
