About C.J.
As an Arizona native, C.J. joins the Budwig Team with extensive knowledge of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. He was born in Phoenix, raised in McCormick Ranch, he now resides in North Scottsdale with his wife and young son. He is an active member of his community and enjoys playing golf.
In 2006, he graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business and psychology. He has excelled in providing customer service in the restaurant industry. He brings the background of continued growth and expansion of products and services.  In 2016 C.J. decided to make the switch into real estate and joined Realty One Group and The Budwig Team.

This was by far my easiest home purchase ever!  I had always purchased new-builds, and had never used a realtor. This time, I was looking for an existing home so I filled out a form online, and he was one of several realtors that emailed me. I recognized his last name, and thought he might be related to one of my coworkers. He confirmed that he was. C.J. didn’t just want to sell us any house, he wanted to make sure it was the right house for us. This, to me, was the most important aspect of this experience. He asked us the right questions, pointed things out that we overlooked, and applied his knowledge and experience to help us sort through all of the listings, and viewings. If I purchase another home, even a new-build, I will call C.J.. I really hate the home-buying process, but this experience changed my perception of that.
